Need healthy breakfast and mid morning snack suggestions
For breakfast I usually have 2 eggs scrambled (only 0ne yolk), cheese and turkey on a plate or on a piece of whole wheat toast.
For a mid morning snack I either have a granola bar or almonds...
Can I have more suggestions? Thanks!

I always eat a bowl of oatmeal with 1 cup of fruit either mixed in or on the side.
besides oatmeal you can do a high fiber cereal like kashi brands with fruit.
or you can do an omelette with vegetables.
for snacks, you can do cottage cheese. they come in single packs to make it easier.
you can do fruit like a banana or apple.
you can do vegetables like baby carrots and peppers. you can dip it in peanut butter or hummus.
you can also do popcorn or greek yogurt.
hope some of these ideas help.

my new favorite snack is cottage cheese (i prefer the whipped kind) with rice cakes!
