Does anyone know any natural ways of lowering your FSH level?

Hi,
Yes. Wheatgrass and acupuncture are two of the best ways to lower FSH. Estrogen in general lowers FSH. Wheatgrass has an estrogenic effect. I have high FSH and I would take frozen shots of wheatgrass that I would get from an organic food store to help lower my FSH. GL!!
