Anyone feel the baby do this?

it feels like the baby shivers? it happens a few times a day its pretty strong but very brief maybe 3-4 seconds?

its def not hiccups because the baby gets the hiccups 3-4 times a day and they last for a few minutes and are clearly hiccups.

I should have asked the ob yesterday but forgot until the baby did it again

Yes! Its almost like a constant popping shaking feeling, I feel that once in a while too, usually after I eat something sweet.

A lot of people refer to baby's movement (before real kicks and punches to your organs ) as a little fish wiggling inside. Sounds normal from what I had with DS. Just starting to get some flutters with DC #2.

Watch some videos on babycenter.com showing baby's movements. Until the very end, they are free floating in the amniotic sac so the movements feel like wiggles, flutters, shivers, fishies.

I get what feels like the baby is doing this fast tap dancing...it's light movements...like they are kicking their feet really really fast or tapping their fingers. It's a funny feeling!

With my last pregnancy i def felt like the baby was shivering sometimes, it scared be...but it felt more like a seizure, i'm not kidding. The drs reassured me it was all normal and ok!! I felt it like maybe 6 times or so, def made me nervous! I don't know if that's what you felt.

I am 39 weeks and feel this sometimes. It just happened this week and it was when she was turning from facing right to left.

I agree with LB, if it feels like the baby is having a seizure, I have experienced it many times with both my pregnancies and I have been told by my OB that it is completely normal and something with their nervous system maturing.

I remember having this with my last pregnancy. I think it's normal-- and I have a healthy almost 3 yr old.

mine feels like he is tickling my belly from the inside.. Sometimes it actually makes me laugh.. love it.. I've felt a few actually "kicks" within this last week too.. I can't wait to feel them more often so I can have my DS feel it. I also love when you get near the end and you see it move from side to side.. oh I just LOVE being preggo...

Yes. Well, I felt it with my 1st pregnancy with my DS. I haven't felt it yet with this one. I told my OB about it. (Same exact thing like you mentioned) Not a popping, not a wiggling, not a whooshing, not hiccups, but a vibrating feeling from inside for about 2 or 3 seconds. Almost like the way we would shake when we get the chills. He said he's heard of that happening before & that it was totally fine. He even did a sono to show me everything was ok. DS was born healthy & still is. It would happen a few times a week, but more towards the end of the pregnancy.
