I really liked it & I liked how they tied things up with his brother/Harry, but I would have liked to have seen him around for a few more episodes...
The more I watch it, the more I like a previous poster's theory that Gellar is just in Travis' head. Small things like that picture of them together still being in the house are really making me more & more convinced that it's true...I guess the key will be to see if Gellar really does continue on without him in the next few episodes like he said that he would...

I dont know. I feel like the show is taking a turn for the worst. I feel like they are reaching a bit.
Like Dexter driving all crazy while shooting a gun out the window and taking the convenience store chick in the back to  .
Thats just not Dexters character and I dont think I like it.

Thats just not Dexters character and I dont think I like it.
DH and I thought this episode was the most boring, dragged out episode ever. The whole thing with the brother and Trinity's son were just throwaway. I stopped paying attention for 15 minutes, came back to it, and there were no real changes. It felt like they had no content for real plot development so they just threw those things in there to get them to 45 minutes.

Yeah - the sex scene & the scene with the gun had me  but I just chalked it up to his "mini-breakdown." It was weird to watch though because they were both SO out of character for him...

I really enjoyed this episode..I think Dexter acting crazy was a mini breakdown. Hey, even serial killers need to break down sometimes . I like Harry much better as Dexters conscience. He keeps Dexter on the right track! I can't wait until next week!!

I was believing this theory as well till they showed Gellar cutting up the Alligator and sewing the heads to the "costume" now Im starting to think he is real.

I took that scene as he had sex with her just so he could get the gun. When Dexter came out of the room the brother said something like "Oh, really? Come on now" and then Dexter grabs the gun from behind the counter and says something like "I now have what I was going for"

I am trying to get into this season but it's just so/so for me which stinks because I love the show. The whole convenience store thing and driving to Kansas for Trinity's son was bizarre but like previous posters said, I think they are showing that Dexter is starting to crack a little.

I read that the contract is up after this season and Showtime and Michael C. Hall are not coming to an agreement on compensation and this may be the last season

This show cant end ever.
And I'm waiting for the Harry/Brian showdown. Dexter needs to get rid of brian.

When dexter killed the guy in the shed with the pitchfork. They stod in front of that picture of the farm. It was quick, but it was funny.
