Inversion table?
I'm not sure where to put this. My DH wants an inversion table to help his back. Something like this.

Does anyone use one of these? He swears it going to help his back. He has pinched nerves.

We have one. Im scared of it dh loves it. It will stretch the back, let things kind of slip back to normal.

My mom has one. IDK if it really helps but she says it does. It's pretty fun hanging out upside down though

This is the only thing that helps DH's back. He has 2 herniated discs and when it flares up he uses it and gets relief.
