Can't wait to get out of NY vent
dh and I plan to retire early and move to florida and play in the sun for the rest of our lives. we're actually counting down.
i'm fed up with this state and city. just had it. had an incident today that just put me over the edge, it involves a parking ticket that i do not deserve, no signs, etc... i will plead not guilty, but its just a microcosm of this state and my enmity of it. just the aggravation you have to go through to plead not guilty, i'll probably have to make a court appearance yadda yadda yadda
We were both born and raised here and its just sad. but we're so ready.

I'm born & raised on LI...DH is from Montana but has lived all over including overseas...as much as I will miss my family I'm hoping to get a f/t job soon & get off the freakin' island...

Insurance rates in FL depend on where you live, like on the water. I have a 1800 sq ft house and pay less then a 1000 a year.
