glasses up or down?
how do you store glassware in the cabinet? up or down?
i put them down so dust doesn't collect inside but my MIL thinks I am nuts

Usually up b/c I dont like the rim of my glass on a dusty shelf LOL Sometimes I rinse them out before we drink out of them too.

upside down. And I do that because of the the smaller juice type glasses I can stack 2 high (of course, the top glass is right side up).

We've got a bunch of ours horizontal as well... 
Some are up, some are down, and some are sideways..... depends on the cups, and how full the cabinet is.

seems like a good split!
as a PP said, I like to stack mugs so when I put the bottom upside down, I do stack the top right side up!

regular everyday glasses go up. THey're used a lot and I feel like they're always in the dishwasher
For wine glasses they go down b/c that's the way they're set up in our bar hanging

All of our cabinets are lined with this: Cabinet/Drawer Liners
So, we wipe that down periodically and place our glasses on it facing down.

Down! When i lived at home, everyone would know when I emptied the dishwasher bc the glasses wqould be upside down!
