PP weight loss...
Im guessing the 17 Day Diet is out of the question when your breastfeeding isn't it?
Any suggestions to keep the weight loss going??

Stress of a newborn and no sleeping and no time to eat. Works like a charm.

Calorie counting to the extreme! With good old fashioned diet and exercise.
I got the Lose It! app for my phone and I now live by it. You put in your gender, height, weight, and what your goal weight is. When do you want to be at your goal weight by vs how many pounds per week do you want to lose. You enter everything you eat - search foods, scan food (bar code). They have meals from restaurants, generic dishes, everything in there. And enter your exercises, how long, how vigorous. It just makes you so aware of what you're eating, and portion control.
I've been really strict for the past 2 weeks and I've lost 4.5 lbs! Only 12 more to go...

Re: PP weight loss...
I wouldn't go too crazy while BFing for fear that it may affect your supply. You should only lose 1-2 lbs per week while BFing. Definitely exercise and eat healthy.
