Re: Anyone do respite programs at Variety?
i know a few moms who have done it, and stopped because the people that are supposed to be watching the children don't.
the one mom i spoke with, stopped using them after the 3rd report of her DC leaving the room unattended, and not one person noticed DC was missing.

We offer respite during school vacations.
If your child has OPWDD eligibility it is $10 a day. There are also other programs if they don't have eligibility.
There are also inclusion programs and other activities. It runs from 10-3:30pm during school breaks.

Re: Anyone do respite programs at Variety?
My son gets 100 hours a year and we use IGHL in Manorville (we live on out that way) Sadly we lost the girl in August and they have not been able to replace her. I need someone ASAP so if anyone's interested or knows someone please pm me. They said if I found someone to have them call directly. I need someone just 2 hours on Sat. or Sunday to play with him. Sorry to highjack just wanted to put the word out, Thanks.
