Re: hands and feet that always fall asleep
Last night my feet were severly abnormally cold, to the point where I actually got a little nervous.
I'm pretty sure these types of problems are caused by poor circulation but I'm not 100% sure.
I got out of bed, did some jumping jacks and walked around the house to get the blood flowing. They felt a little better. I heard being sedentary for too long can cause poor circulation

Re: hands and feet that always fall asleep
Is it a symptom of the blood clots?

Re: hands and feet that always fall asleep
Do you check your blood sugars? I know when my sugars are not controlled I get that some times. When I had asked the doctor she said it could be poor circulation, blood clot issues, blood sugar issues or a pinched nerve.
