Re: XPost: Pregnant after a Chemical

I don't know if my first pregnancy is considered a chemical pregnancy. I miscarried before my first OB appt so I have no idea how far along I was. We saw nothing on the songram. My OB told me to wait 1 cycle before trying again but we got pregnant the next month. I thought for sure my dr would be mad at me for not listening to her advice. Nope! She was thrilled for us. I am 15 weeks now. You will be fine. Every pregnancy is different.

Re: XPost: Pregnant after a Chemical

I had two chemicals back to back, then the subsequent month got pregnant with DD, who will be 3 one month from today.

I also had a chemical this time as well-- my issue was low progesterone with both pregnancies and once I took supplements starting at 2 or 3DPO, my pregnancies stuck.

Good luck-- and maybe ask to have your levels checked. I know some women can have a progesterone issue even if they didn't have with previous pregnancies. It's no big deal-- just need to take supplements.

Re: XPost: Pregnant after a Chemical

I had a chemical at 6 weeks between the birth of my dd and this pregnancy. I'm 18 weeks now but I was really worried like you. Your ob should see you earlier after a mc.
