Temps have me confused...Need help!!

Any temp experts out there??
I got my + on my OPK on Friday night, and saw another one yesterday afternoon (I like to check until it turns -).

Yesterday my temp in the am was 98.46,and today 97.20???? How can this be. I took my temp with a regular thermometer to see if my bbt one was broken and it registered even lower.

Does this mean I didn't ovulate?? I'm so confused. I even have cramps like when I ovulate. I've had those off and on since yesterday.

Could the AC in the room affect my temps?

My only thought is that with your positive on the OPK yesterday (which I believe you see approx 24 hours in advance) - is that maybe you are truly going to ovulate today and see a temp spike tomorrow?
