Need Face Wash, moisturizer, etc. recommendation please!
I've always had great skin. Now, in my mid-30's, my skin decides to go through puberty!! The tone is off and I woke up with THREE pimples the other day!! I don't take such good care of my skin but i'd like to start.
Do you ladies have any good recommendations on products for me or regimens? I would like a good cleanser, maybe toner? moisturizer? Eye lines/puffiness?

I never had acne as a teenager but developed it as an adult. Nothing really worked for me, so I ended up seeing a dermatologist. The prescription stuff is great! I use it when I have massive breakouts. In the meantime, I use cetaphil on a daily basis. I know its the cheap stuff, but it works good for me and is good for sensitive skin.

I use cetaphil too!! (the face wash). I use the one for normal to oily skin.
As a moisturizer, I use Boscia (I forget the exact type it is .. but it's just a standard spf15 moisturizer). It's kinda pricey... I think it's $30 for a tube that is on the smaller side.. but I literally just use ONE pump for my whole face and a tube lasts me a loooooooooong time!!! Actually, the tube I'm using now I think I started using over the summer.

I also never had acne as a teenager! And now I have horrible skin but really only around my mouth. Everyone thinks i'm crazy when I say my skin is horrible but no one EVER sees me without makeup except DH. I mean, I wear makeup to the gym, even to bikram where it wipes off...

For Moisturizer I use something called Go Clear that I buy at Sephora. I think its the only place that carries it...

Good luck. It sucks. I've resorted to getting silk peels and even those don't help that much and they cost a small fortune.

I use Cetaphil also. Prior to that I used Proactiv for about 10 years, which was great. I stopped because I was pregnant and it was irritating my skin. I use a little bit of witch hazel as a toner and Aveeno moisturizers. A couple of times a week I use Seven Bliss microdermabrasion and once a week I use Queen Helene mint julep mask. All simple, inexpensive stuff, but it works for me.
