How long can a 4yo go without a poop?
DS will be 4 in March and we're in the midst of potty training for #2. (He's been fine with peeing for many months now.)
He doesn't eat very much so I wasn't overly concerned when he'd go 1-2 days without pooping but now we're approaching day 4.
MIL is pushing me to use Maltsupex, which I can't find anywhere and my mom wants us to use Miralax but I don't know if we need it yet -- I've done prunes, prune juice, yogurt, and yesterday we started with a half a Fiber One bar.
Do I need to call the doc? TIA.
Edited to change BM to Poop =)

Re: How long can a 4yo go without a BM?
If I were in your shoes I would probably call on day 5 and see what they have to say.
But I would just keep him comfortable until then, lots of water, and prunes!!!!!
From what I recall with a nephew that had this problem - they will give you suppositiry and possibly an enema (and with my nephew once they did this they never had a problem again (he didnt want to get another one again)
Good luck!!!

Thanks for the suggestion - I'm calling the ped this AM just in case.
I also feel bad because we have a very busy day planned today and I hope he's not too uncomfortable.
