yup.i have used white pages before. Do the reverse look up, and it will bring you to a different site. You do have to pay for it tho. I think when i did it, it was like $5

I have a site at home on my laptop that I use and like 98% of the time it tells me the person's name who owns the cell phone. I'll send you the website when I get home later tonight!

It depends on the phone. If it's a pay-to-use type phone, you probably won't be able to look it up at all.

it works about 98% of the time in my experience with it

I did this recently because some perv kept calling me. I paid $15 but I got the name / address / and a link to send an email to the person the phone belonged to.

 i'm sorry, i don't even know how it works.. i don't even remember how i found it. i guess nothing is really 100% private anymore with the internet.

I've been getting calls from strange numbers, and they don't leave a message. I have had luck just goggling the number, and found out it's basically a company trying to sell some credit card protection. It came up on several sites as spam.
