Urologist for re-circ- anyone know these doctors? Recommendations?
my dr gave me a list of some urologists.
DS's circumcusion has too much skin on it and i want to get it looked at.
anyone know/hear of these doctors? any experiences good or bad

My son needs his circumcision redone and we went to Dr Hanna....he was wonderful....the only negatives that I have are it takes a very long time to get an appointment and when you do, you wait in the office forever! I felt he was worth the wait....very informative and definitely seems to know his stuff...I was very comfortable with him...his staff were a bit rude, but other than that, not a bad experience...good luck making your decision and hope all turns out well for your lil guy

We used Dr. Palmer in Lake Success - he was great..
We also used this practice but used Dr Reda. He was incredible & so was his surgical nurse. He was very reasurring & even hugged me when I cried before & after DS surgery. I don't htink you can go wrong with any Dr's in Lake Success.

Agree with above poster about Dr. Hanna. He was amazing but the office is frustrating. He only sees patients in Great Neck on Wednesday so you have to wait a long time. So worth the wait though!

Dr. Diamond performed by son's bris. I don't have any experience with his office staff as we called him directly. It sounds creepy, but the peds always complimented the job he did.

We have seen Dr. Palmer- love him- really great doctors.

yes! its crazy! my son was 4lbs 6oz and my ped said a lot of times when they are that small tehy always mess up the circ cuz they are afraid to take too much off but for these babies that are of a more average weight..whats the excuse? sad that we have to put the boys through another surgery :(

it really is!! I have two friends also with boys who have to do it too.
