hi! my first post on this board!
Hi! I'm new TTC! I have read through a few of the posts already to get familiar with the lingo
I have short cycles (23-26 days), which has me slightly concerned. (And I'm about to turn 32.)
Last month, I used the CBE OPK once a day in the morning until I got a on CD12...and we BD then, and CD 13 and CD 15.
Unfortunately, I got AF yesterday (which meant I had a 24 day cycle).
Do you girls have any advice for me? I plan to use the CBE OPK again this month...do you reccommend PreSeed as well?
TIA

try BD a few days leading up to O also. it seems like you have a normal LP so i dont think there is anything to worry about, just a shorter cycle

Thanks so much! I'll give that a try, I am sure DH won't mind
This is all so exciting but nerve-wracking at the same time!!!

My cycles are short like that too. Try taking vitamin b-complex once a day. I did that and it lengthened my LP by a couple of days. It's the LP that is the most important - anything less than 10 probably won't support a pregnancy.
From what I've read a short LP can indicate a progesterone deficiency but that was never an issue for me.

Thank you! I'm already taking target brand gummy prenatal vitamins. Would you suggest the vitamin b in addition to those?
