Baby shower for 1st grade teacher

I have to plan a baby shower for my son's first grade teacher. The children and parents are invited.
We are looking to surprise her Can anyone recommend any activities, games, cute ideas to make this special for her. She does not know the gender of the baby,

I'm a PK teacher & for my 2nd baby my assistant threw me a shower. She had each of the kids make a coloring page on pink or blue paper saying what they thought the baby was and what the name should be. Then they each drew a picture of the baby. Then she laminated each page and bound it with yarn.

A parent made blue/pink cupcakes (I knew what I was having but we didn't tell anyone).

They took a collection for a gift card; but some children also gave small gifts. Each child also gave me a book (or some). I have to say the kids absolutely LOVED watching me open their gifts.

You could also play bingo with baby items.

Another idea (better for 1st than Pk) would be to have each child answer, "what does it take to be a good parent" & write down their answers & then put it into a book.
