Water in ear from sinus rinse??? Pls help!
I have a bad cold/congestion since a few days ago. SInce my sinus surgery 8 months ago whenever I feel congested I try to do the niel med sinus rinse (the squeeze tube bottle) and usually it really helps. Today, I think I was a little too aggresive and for the first time ever I think I somehow got fluid into my left ear. It is REALLY uncomfortable and slightly painful and it is making me nuts. Has this ever happened to anyone? How do I get rid of this? TIA if you can help!!!

I usually just try to ride it out, but I've never done it that agressively that it's real bad pain. Usually when I feel myself filling up when rinsing I stop.
Agree with the decongestant - a sudafed would probably work. Open everything up so the water can move out.
