1/2 day kindergarten ?
if there is half day kindergarten, would they still have busses? I would think not, but my mom said there would be, many years ago when my sister was in kindergarten it was offered..i guess my thinking is that is just another expense to run the busses if they are going to cut it..right? there are rumors that next year our district wont be full day anymore..dd is going to be so upset not going all day and on the bus..she talks about it all the time!

My district has 2 1/2 hour kindergarten program. They still have buses for people that met the distance requirement

Yes, my dd had 1/2 K in 2003 and there were buses.

My niece is in Northport, she is done with her day by 11:40 and still gets a bus to and from school.
