Classes without a gym membership?
What classes do you know of that you can sign up for on sort of a drop in basis without a gym membership...
In Suffolk County on weekends or weeknights after 6pm. Located in Holbrook so preferably not super far away.

Try going to a dance studio- you can usually get salsa, zumba, bellydancing or kickboxing classes there

there is a gym next to sonoma grill on sunrise hwy. I used to take spin classes there. Think its 10/class without a gym membership. im sorry but the name is slipping my mind right now.

Generally it will cost more for you to take classes than to join the gym but there is a dance place on patchoug holbrook road that offers 10 Zumba classes for $60. Also the Karate place in Holbrook Commons also offers classes, don't know the cost and there is a Yoga place on Furrors across from Mama's Lombardis that offer classes.

Team extreme in ronkonkoma just added classes, I think they are a vendor on here. They have an unlimited class rate and a pay per class rate. Just got an email from them a few weeks ago about it.

Check out a Bikram or hot yoga studio.
This is what I do. When you first see the prices they often seem  compared to a gym, but if you go a lot it's worth it IMO.
The newcomers specials are often pretty cheap. Like $20.00 for 10 consecutive days of unlimited yoga.
Or you can get a groupon special. A couple people I know have recently done this with yoga and kickboxing classes.

Yes, but they were recently bought out and don't have classes anymore.
