Is anyone else D vitamin deficiant?
I went to see my endocrinologist today and she said I was D vitamin deficient. I guess normal people should be at a 30 and pregnant ladies should be at a 40 and I'm at an 11 
So I'm on 3000 units of D3. Anyone else in the same boat as me?

Yep! Same here! Only my Periantologist told me i should be taking it even when i am not pregnant. So pretty much i should be taking it for the rest of my life.
ETA: I am taking 4000 IU's a day!

I was with last pregnancy and my primary dr did routing blood work determined I was deficient.
I take prenatals and an extra vitamin D supplement

Yup same boat. My ob called me after my initial bloodwork and im on 3000iu a day.

I am. I was originally taking 2000IU but I am now taking 6000IU because my numbers were still low. I am pregnant with twins.

Yes, I'm slightly deficient so I take a supplement along with my prenatal.
