substitute for yogurt

I gave DD (8 months old) yogurt for the first time last week and she broke out in red patches with bumps wherever the yogurt has touched on her face. I'm pretty sure this is a milk allergy reaction. My question is, instead of giving her yobaby yogurt, is there a substitute (soy, rice) version that's for babies?

It doesn't have to be "baby" yogurt. You can try silk (soy) or coconut yogurt is really good. I buy it from whole foods. I'm sure they have it at TJ's too.
