Crazy weight gain?!
I weighed myself last night on my IL's scale and I had gained like TEN pounds in a week.
You really can't tell by looking at me, and I have also been doing a Bikram yoga challenge this month.......so far I've done 18 days in February.
Could this be salt/water weight?
I do crave salt much more than usual after this class.
I usually don't do as many classes each month (12-15 is more my average) and have not noticed this insanity in weight gain before.
ETA: I weighed myself this morning on my scale and I was only 4 lbs less than at my ILs.

When do you normally weigh yourself? In the morning I would bet? You were filled with food, you had on clothing that you might not have worn to normally weigh in. You could have been full of poop (forgive the grossness), eaten something salty, retaining water, hormonal, whatever. I doubt you gained 10lbs in a week!
Track your food, and see how you feel in a few days!

I've gained as much as 13lbs in a week due to things like clothes, time of day, water weight, etc. It's normal.
