Where to have 1 Year old Birthday party?
DD will be turning 1 in July and I'm not sure where to have her birthday party as I am a FTM. Anywhere in Nassau or Western Suffolk would be fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can reserve a pavilion at one of the parks in Nassau or Suffolk and have the food catered. This way there are activities for the older kids to do in the park and you won't have to get outside entertainment.

Thanks for the suggestion. That's a cute idea but I'd rather have it at a place that does all the work.

Check out your local fire houses, or vfw halls! Also, local pizzeria's tend to have party rooms!

I am having my DD's party later this month at the Knights of Columbus in Seaford. They are doing all the work!

Re: Where to have 1 Year old Birthday party?
We had our DD's 1st birthday party at a local restaurant that served brunch. It was mostly for the adults anyway, at that time all of the cousins were under 2 anyway. We had brunchand cake together at the restaurant and then some of the immediate family came to our house afterwards for coffee/tea and to open presents.
