Need a new PCP AGAIN - West Islip
I finally found someone I thought was really nice. Only met him once to get a feel for him and from recommendations - he is supposed to be great.
His office staff and their rules of operation - not so much. If I have to get through them to see him, I'll never get in.
Long annoying story...
Can anyone recommend a PCP in the West Islip area that is a good Diagnostician, Patient, Kind and actually WANTS to help their patients?

I see Dr. Sica in W. Babylon - he's excellent!

My mom went to him for her annual blood work a few years ago & based on some minor elevations he felt that something was seriously wrong/that she might have a form of leukemia, so he sent her to an oncologist & sure enough he was right (he even suspected the correct kind)! Thanks to his catching it so early she's been able to treat it & keep it in remission. I highly recommend him!

Thanks! There are different docs that are also in the practice, but my whole family goes to Dr. Sica...he's really great & I hope that you like him!

We go to Dr. Sal Giantonoto in West Islip. I like the practice because they aren't quick to prescribe drugs

I go to Dr. Claire Koch in Farmingdale... not right around the corner from you, but she is an EXCELLENT diagnostician, a really sweet woman, easy to get an appt with, and rarely has a wait time longer than 15 minutes... Highly recommend!

I have a friend who is an RN at Dr.Livoti's office in Lindenhurst. She keeps recommending that I go to him. Apparently he's awesome
