So Mad! update
Some guy I work with just posted flyers that he was SELLING Purebred American Red Nose Pitbull puppies.
Selling and saying they are purebred puppies? Sounds like backyard breeding to me. I want to confront him but am so afraid I am going to go off on him.
Needed to get this out!
*** Ok- I just talked to him. It isn't his dogs its a neighbor and he ASSURES me that this isnt a backyard breeder. He says that a friend was visiting this neighbor with their dog and they just happened to mate. And it just so happened to be the same type of dog. I know I dont believe him (i dont like this dude to begin with) but he promised me to take down all the flyers.

Is there anyone you can alert to this? Doesn't he need a license (or at least certain qualifications) to breed legally?
ETA: Otherwise, gimme his number. I've got nothing better to do today than to call and argue with an asssshole.

This makes me sooooo angry. There are so many of them in foster homes, shelters, being killed everyday and people still bread them, to make some money.
i would deff say something, i dont know if you can call the town or anything. not sure the regulations on that. Ill call his friend!
