New to WW and have some question
just started WW for the first time and i was wondering if someone can answer some questions for me?
I assume if you dont use all your points you loose them for the day right? There is no carrying over?
Do you have to/should you use all your points. Like today i already planned out my meals for the whole day with one snack that will cost points and i will eat fruit. I still will have 7 points, maybe 5 points if i add cheese to dinner. should i try to use them? I googled and read mixed reviews about using all your points.
I drink min. a gallon of water a day, except maybe weekends, i have trouble for some reason then (i started tracking this last week before WW, i always drink water just never kep track). This is ok right? I cant drink to much water can i?
I have not started working out yet, i honestly hate it and have no time, my plans by next monday if not earlier i will do the 30 day shred because its intense and quick exercise.
I NEED to (i am disgusted by my wieght right now and FTR i am conisdered overweight ) loose as much as possible by July anyone have any recommendations on what else i should do to achieve this?

you do not carry your daily points over but you are suppose to eat all your daily points each day.

You need to drink at least 64 oz a day

Get moving and make good food choices ... My sister has lost close to 15 pounds in about 12 weeks and I lost 10 in about 14 weeks ... Track everything you put in your mouth .. Even if it is a bite... The process is slow but you takeout in small steps ... Set a monthly goal like 10 pounds this month ... ContlookTthelong term because you. Might lose hope and give up. There is a girls in my meetings who lost 50 pounds in a year Nd. Half and has kept it off
