Aww Happy Birthday!!! 
PS- I love how they get the dog on the site to sit down and take a picture next to the bacon cake. If I put a bacon cake on the floor, my dogs would've eaten it before I could turn the camera on.

I know I'm a touch crazy for doing this...but I bake our dog a birthday cake every year.
Nah... you're a dog lover!
We buy both our dogs a small ice cream cake for their birthdays... we sing to them and we all get a piece of cake...
(a tradition my mom started with our first dog 38 years ago!)
If they hear the "happy birthday" song - both Sam and Lilah now get so excited and bounce around!
(I had a dog that didn't like ice cream, so he got birthday french fries!)

I think it's a wonderful idea! As a matter of fact, i do it every year for Jake I even got a recipe for a carrot peanut butter cake online that's wheat free. The frosting is cream cheese and honey  Then, I give the neighbors who have dogs a slice for Jake's friends, too. Our dogs are like family..... why not?

OMG this is too cute! Your cake looks professional! Wheat free is better - do you mind sharing your recipe? Your mini is adorable and if anything he's anything like mine he probably gobbled up his slice of cake in a matter of seconds!
