Family Therapist Recommendation near Farmingdale

Anyone have any recommendations for a therapist that deals with the affects of substance abuse on the family? My 31 year old brother is a heroin addict who hasn't used since 2008, but has since taken up hardcore daily drinking. He just got out of the hospital from esophageal varices and I am afraid that he is going to start drinking again. My issues is that my mother still lets him live at home rent free, pays for his cell phone, and lets him get away with everything. She is a big enabler to his problems and it makes me nuts. Plus, she constantly blames everything on my dad and I. She yells at us all the time. Luckily I have my own family and live in my own house so I do not have to deal with it 24x7, but I am concerned for my brother's life and I think my mom is making everything worse. She has never taught him responsibility and lets him come and go as he pleases. Anyway, enough of my ranting... if anyone has a family therapist that they recommend in the Farmingdale/Bethpage/Massapequa area that would be great. Thanks!!!
