So I joined Weight watchers online.
Can anyone share some good tips for the program.

Preparing ahead. Shop for the week and know what you have and how many points your meals are, this makes things so much easier. As time goes on you start to get into a groove and you know what your best bets are for your meals.
For me egg whites with a little low fat cheese and veggies or turkey work bc they fill me and are pretty low in points.
Lunches are salads or sandwiches on light wheat or sandwich thins.
Skinny taste and WW website have great ideas for dinner. Good luck!
