taking classes and residule muscle pain

i decided to take a boot camp class at my local gym....it killed me Chat Icon i was sweating up a storm and trying to maintain pace with the class. well it's 3 days later and i am very sore in all of my muscles...is there anything i can do to take the pain away? i tried to do my normal 6 mile run the morning after the class and my hamstrings were insanely tight so i had to stretch often throughout our run. i want to take more classes but not if i can't figure out how to do it without so much pain afterwards. tia

You will get used to the different form of exercise and the soreness won't be as great. Drink a lot of water, foam roll and you can even take some Ibuprofen to help wth the pain.

Drink tons of water.....it helps to flush out the acid that is released from your muscles.

It's important to be hydrated during the classes for sure but I meant drink enough AFTERWARDS too!
