Has anyone ever tried Isagenix to help loose weight?
A friend of mine just started a cleanse but I've never heard of isagenix before. Has anyone tried it?

Many people at my school have used it. They all lost but they all also put it on when they got off of the program.

I know a handful of people that have used it. They all lost a ton of weight and looked great. They all gained that weight back and then some. They don't look so great anymore.

I know someone who is selling it and inquired. I think it's like $145 for a basic cleanse.
I figured if I just watch what I eat and do just veggies for a few days, it would be cheaper and better for me.

My mom did it. Its like a pyramid scheme if you ask me. You can only buy it from certain people. She did lose some weight (she wasn't very overweight anyway) but I think she gained it once she stopped.
I know someone else who lost a lot of weight but only kept it off because they are very active now.

Lots of veggies fruits water and some flaxseed will cleanse you out ALOT cheaper. EVERYONE i know that used Isagenix gained whatever weight they lost back.

any of these quick cleanses are something to stay away from.
I guess it's only worth it if you have one event that you want to lose 10 pounds for with only a few days to do it. But you have to know that its a very temporary weight loss.
And i just feel like its not good for your body to deplete it of so much at once. I know 2 people who did the Isagenix. Yes, they both lose some weight and yes, they both gained it all back right away. I think its a HUGE money waster.
