My dog seem lethargic

For a week now my dog who is 13 months old had been mopey and lethargic. I called the vet a few times but they are not too concerned because she is eating, drinking and pooping. She is just NOT herself. I am soooo worried about her.

I was going to bring her to the vet today but she ate and pooped. I plan to bring her tomorrow.

I am thinking the worst.

Oh no, I hope she's OK!!

Could the heat have caused a slowdown in activity? My dog got tired out quicker than usual. I hope it's nothing serious. if her bathroom activities have been normal that's a good sign.

If shes eating and using the bathroom then thats a really good sign. Did she have a very eventful week? My dog gets lethargic when she travels with us and sleeps for days!

I would recommend that they test for lyme disease. This is a common cause of lethargy in an otherwise normal acting dog. In the overwhelming majority of cases it's nothing to worry too much about.
