UPDATED:Does anyone hate their car seat ???

My Graco Nautilius is a piece of junk. The clip between DS's legs is always jamming and it makes it very frustrating to remove him from the seat. I've tried calling the 800 number for Graco and they have offered little advice.

If I call to complain, will they send me a voucher for a new one? I'd totally be willing to send the old one back.

Thanks everyone for your responses and feedback. I called Graco and they are sending me a brand new harness and c.rotch buckle. I'll let you know how it goes.

Both my girls have this seat and both of them stick too. This seems to be a common problem.

I love ours (britax diplomat) but our parents have the graco my ride- HATE!!!!!! We bought one for our other car before realizing and I'm do upset .

Not a huge fan of the my rides. I found it difficult to get them in and out
