The mac and cheese at panera is
27 WW points... Holy cannoli. I was looking to see what to get for dinner tomorrow and I put it in for shits and giggles! Thats like an entire day!!!!!

I loooove Panera so much, but their food is kinda fattening I think! I avoid looking at the calories when I go there... I figure it's more nutritious than McD's anyway

  thats too bad b.c its really good! i stick to their lighter soups or half veggie sandwich without the dressing or salads sans dressing (keep on side and just use a drizzle, salt and pepper) everything else is pretty high cal.

And the black bean soup!! It's delicious and low fat. I have to say I was shocked when I looked up the nutrional info there. They even managed to make a veggie sandwich bad
