Bradley Class
Hey All,
I'm new to this forum, not sure if this is the right place to post, but I was looking for a good Bradley course in Suffolk county. Any suggestions?

We took classes with Amy Gribbin at Om Shanti Om Yoga Studio in Sayville, she was fantastic, dh and I learned so much and felt so prepared and empowered.

How many weeks were the class? At what point in pregnancy should you sign up for the classes?

Amy's class was 8 weeks (with dvd "homework assignments" to get all of the material in). I was 30 weeks when I started the classes, but there were other women that were much earlier in their pregnancy in the class as well.

I HIGHLY recommend Gail Janicola!!! We finished or classes a few weeks ago and I am so glad that we chose Gail. She is very down to earth and realistic about the entire process. She also covered more than just Bradley info.

I took a class with Celeste Rachel – she was really great. I would recommend doing the class as close to the end of your pregnancy as possible, because that’s when you’ll want all of this information fresh in your head. I took it about 3 months before my due date and kind of wished I had taken it even later because I didn’t remember so many things. In the end – I had an emergency c-section, but the Bradley class was really still really helpful!
