Urgent grammar help needed!

Is the comma between visits and falls needed? TIA!

I always think of a comma as a pause in speech. I would say there is no need for a pause there.

That's what confused me: I would make a pause there. But structurally, I felt like a comma was not needed.
I did send it off without comma!

Good job on the no comma decision. A comma is not a pause in speech; it has a purpose in the structure of the sentence.

No you don't need a comma. You don't want to put a comma between the subject (anyone who visits) and the verb (falls).
