If you have a sore throat/cough - buckwheat honey is helpful.

Re: Is there anything you can take for a cold?

I was told no decongestants. Chat Icon I was miserable for almost 2 weeks. Used the breathe right strips at night (which are not comfortable) because I was desperate. I sprayed half a bottle of saline into there to try to clear it up (to no avail).

Benadryl is ok, as is claratin (not the D kind though).

Call and ask what your OB says. Mine said no sudafed.

When all else fails, try the neti pot.
