She's not located directly in the area but is GREAT-- Christine Braun....she's a vendor on this site, often posts (so you can get a feel for her expertise) and is highly recommended.

Christina Paterno
A wonderful person and talented agent. She really listened to us and understood what our needs were. She went to bat for us against an agent that was trying to pull a shady deal. We didn't end up getting that particular house but I will never forget how she fought for us. We used her to purchase, not sell but the experience was wonderful and when we do decide to sell, we are going back to her.

BETH BETH BETH all the way!!! She was FANTASTIC I helping me sell my home and even became a bit of a therapist for me when things for stressful with my ExH and the sale. She will totally go above and beyond to help you find someone to sell your home. I can't say enough about her!
And, to boot, she was just named within the top 20 realtors under 40 list!
LOVE HER!
