Need advice...I'm so hungry!!!

I've been on Jenny Craig since January and lost 48.2lbs. I'm 18lbs away from goal. the last 2 weeks I've been SOOOO hungry!!! i've lost every week since i started except last week i gained .8. i know its not horrible and a gain will happen, but i can't stop from being hungry! i'm not even craving certain foods. i'm just so hungry for something. is this normal? is there something i can do to get back on track? i mean, i havent totally got off track, but my mentality is getting off track. help!

Think abuot how you are spacing your meals out, when you are eating certain foods. Are you exercising? Are you getting enough food pre/post workout? Can you vary your foods a bit? Are youd rinking enough water?

actually i haven't been exercising...i know i need to. but i do walk 2 miles a day. i have to eat jenny meals, but i can eat fruits and veges. i'm definitely trying to drink more water, but it's the same amount i always have. i think in the morning im eating my right right after the other and by 11 im starving.

I used to eat oatmeal for breakfast

I would be starving by the time I got to work

I switched to egg white, turkey and 1 45 cal slice of cheese

then I have some apple slices and almonds

salad with chicken for lunch

another apple and 1 table spoon of almond butter

then protein and veggies for dinner

another scoop of almond butter if I need a treat

I am so good on this- the minute I eat bread or another carb like that- I am starving

Are you drinking enough water? I am on a special diet my self and when i feel hungry like even after I eat I drink water (I drink 64 oz a day) and it helps a lot...also can you have sugar free gum? that helps me out too.
