WW and weight loss
How much are u supposed to lose each week on ww if u are sticking to plan?
I'm soo upsest, i only lost 1lb. after one week of really being "good"..UGH!!!

Normal weight loss is half a pound to two pounds per week. 1lb is right on track. You didn't gain the weight in one week, you can't expect to lose it all in one week.

I just wanted to share, I joined with a friend about 6 weeks ago. I had lost about 10lbs on my own prior to joining WW. She had not being dieting at all.
Week 1 I lost 3lbs and then the follwing weeks lost about 1.5 ish each time.
She did 1.5ish each time and then out of no where lost 4.4 lbs in one week. SHe said she did nothing differently she really just thought it took her body a couple of weeks to "catch on".
Be patient, it will come off. I know I keep telling myself to remember its a marathon not a sprint!

i know the feeling. I track and measure everything i eat. I am very strict and i exercise and i cant stand when i go to get weighed in and i will only lose a 1-1.5lbs. but like the PP says one week out of no where i will loose 4pounds. I want to really always see at least a 2lb drop a week but it doesnt always happen.
i have to remind myself i am losing. I have so far lost 30.1lbs in about 12-13 weeks which is when i started WW.
