Those that let hair dry by itself with a wave, do you put a leave in conditioner in?

I was away yesterday and didn't want to waste my time doing my hair so I let it dry naturally, as I have somewhat of a curl/wave. But it was so frizzy. Does anyone use a leave in conditioner?

i use pantene conditioner that is meant to be washed out as my leave in. it is not heavy or greasy, and i use it in combination with a garnier anti frizz serum. my hair is wavy/curly. pantene

I do. I alternate between a few: I have been using Brocato Saturation for over 20 years and I go back to it a lot. Otherwise I use It's a 10 or the Bontnical Spray from Ouidad. My hair is not very curly but it does well with the Ouidad products. I don't blow dry my hair if I do not have to.

Funny you posted this. I am a fanatic about drying/straightening my wavy hair. Lately, i've been leaving it and it's been getting frizzy even tho I use a Paul Mitchell leave-in, serum sprays, etc. Starts out nice, ends up frizzy. My gf told me to put a bit of gel in it, just scrunch up a dime size amount and scrunch your ends. It's been working great.

My hair is more curly than wavy but to avoid frizz you really have to touch your hair hardly at all, no towel-dry either. I use the DevaCurl stuff (noPoo, one condition, and anGel), but I only shampoo the roots, condition the ends, rinse fully and squeeze some of the water out of my hair in the shower. No towel. I take a bit of the anGel (gel) and flip my head and scrunch the hair from the bottom. And then leave it -- though it's hard. I let it air dry in the car and by the time I'm at work it looks pretty good

i'm the worst..

wash it at night, put in a bun til bed then take it out and sleep

i don't even put conditioner in while i'm showering-and my hair is quite long

yes-"It's a 10" leave in spray. The only thing I notice with it is that it takes my hair longer to air dry, but it comes out soft & not greasy.

I love the garnier with out it my hair is a nightmare, with it my hair looks great

Don't comb it when your hair is wet. I use Sebatian's Potion #9 as soon as I get out of the shower. I scrunch it don't touch it again.

I almost never use hot tools in my hair, and since I cut it shorter I have been letting it air dry afterr every wash. I start by shampoo and then conditioner just the ends and leave it in while I wash my body (I use shampoo and cond for wavy curly hair or moisturizing) after the shower, dry your hair just enough so it is not dripping down your back with a towel. I usually wrap the towel aroun for a min or so and take it off. I don't brush my hair, but if I do I only use wide tooth comb. Then put I in a styling product, I use Aussie - catch the wave mouse+leave-in conditioner and I absolutely LOVE it. I run it through my hair from root to tip, using my fingers like a comb. Be sure to get all sides including underneath your hair. Then I scrunch my hair by placing the ends of my hair in my palms, cupping it into my hand, and then pressing it up towards the roots. Then I don't touch it until its completely dry , once it's dry either work it with my hand /fingers to get it to look the way I want it or just leave it alone and that's it .

I use Mixed Chicks leave in conditioner. I wash and condition my hair as usual, then comb, then put in mixed chicks & scrunch. Comes out soft, not crunchy
