Favor suggestions for 5 year old?
I am having DD's 5th birthday party Saturday and I stumped as to what to give out for a favor. I really don't want to do a pale and shovel. What else could I do? I need for both genders.

We did sports bottles last year and for my little guy (I had a big range of ages) I got really lucky and bought thick fleece blankets in the Disney store- purple Tinkerbell for the girls and red Cars for the boys. They were a huge hit!

Re: Favor suggestions for 5 year old?
I went to Michael's during a $$$ sale and made up good bags...
a dry-erase activity mat $1. a paint your own picture frame $1. Toy Story/Barbie mini-color activity books with crayons... $1.
I put it all in gift bags I got there. I think they were in bundles of 7-10 for just a few bucks more.

My fav is a Ralph's Gc! In doing this next year I I have a party. Put them in the Italian ice cups and put different colored tissue paper in each kind of crumpled so that it looks like an ice then wrap in cellophane

Favor suggestions for 5 year old?
For my DS's 6th birthday, I did small sports bottles from Target filled with kool aid packets, ice pops and candy. The bottles come in both pink and blue and are 3$ a pair.

Re: Favor suggestions for 5 year old?
Ds birthday party is in a few weeks. I am giving out Uno (cars theme), bendy straws, erasers that are shaped like food (burgers, fries, cakes), and a hershey bar. I purchased the uno games at amazing savings for 2.99 each. I purchased the other items at target in their birthday section for 2 for 12 items. I will go to costco to get candy bars.

I will check out Micheals or ACMoore and see what they have. That is a cute idea.

Love this idea! It is good for all ages too. Do you know if they have Ralphs in Queens?
