All Bran- I think is the lowest
Fiber One (The 80 calorie one) but it tastes very artificial
The regular cheerios are pretty low (I think 3pp for a cup)
Some other low ones: Shredded Wheat, Kashi Go Lean, Fiber One

Try Barbaras puffins---I dont do WW but I think they would be pretty low based on their nutrition facts.
I love Fiber one---colleen you think it tastes artificial??? Hmm..never thought that!

The Puffins are good- I'm pretty sure they are relatively low in points- not the lowest but maybe around 4 or 5?
I love most of the fiber one cereals. Have you tried the new one- its the 80 calorie one (I think Honey Clusters)? It's the lowest in points but they must overload it with artificial flavors because it tastes so artificial to me! The other ones are good though.
Also, I like the Fiber Plus cereals. Cereal is like a dessert to me!

Ahhh now i understand! I just eat the original fiber 1 which isnt artifical in the least--its like eating dirt lol

I know it isn't so low but I have been loving nature's path blueberry cinnamon flax cereal. 5 pp for 3/4 cup.
200 cals, 3g fat, 38 carbs, 9g fiber and 9g protein
Tastes pretty healthy though if kwim.
