I love Turbofire!
OMG- me too! I've never felt motivated like this before! It's amazing! I started with the prep schedule since I'm REALLY out of shape and so far, it's great!

Insanity!!!!
I love Insanity too but I don't think it's for beginners.
I also like Tony Horton a lot....he has the 10 minute trainer set and Beachbody p90.

I second this. Been using her 30-day Shred DVD on and off for years.

I agree with bodyrock.tv! Great, quick, and easy to follow for all levels. I also LOVE Insanity but definitely not for beginners, maybe do some Tony Horton or some of the other Beachbody stuff first, that's what I did and now I'm all about Insanity.

Re: Please recommend your fave workout dvds
Thanks for the suggestions! I was hesitant to try anything JM because she usually just scares me lol but I decided to order her 30 day shred and ripped in 30... fingers crossed I don't pass out lol... I think I'm too out of shape yet for insanity... hopefully one day I'll be at that level!
Is turbofire for beginners?
and thanks for the bodyrock.tv recommendation! Will definitely check it out!!!
