Re: Maternity Clothes

I have very few maternity clothes...mostly I have regular maxi dresses from HM, Old Navy, and even Forever 21.

I got a few flowing blouses and stuff and have some American Apparel skirts.

Re: Maternity Clothes

Was asking because there's so many beautiful loose blouses in every store that I thought would work throught my pregnancy, at least for a few months. For one, I don't like maternity clothes and I think they're so expensive. I'm going to have to buy a few maternity pants for work just to be comfy and thought I could still wear my jeans with a band.

Re: Maternity Clothes

I have to wear maternity bottoms to feel comfy. Shirts and dresses are not maternity.

same here, though now (at 28 weeks), the loose shirts aren't nearly as loose as they used to be and are starting to feel like they're getting shorter and shorter.

Re: Maternity Clothes

I am 30 weeks and have just a few items that are maternity.

I still have 3 pairs of work pants that still fit, so at this point I dont plan on getting any. I think in maternity clothes, I have 1 pair of jeans 3 capris and maybe 2 or 3 tops.

Re: Maternity Clothes

i have some things that are non maternity but majority of the pants I wear are maternity. I can get away with regular people shirts if they're long and loose and i only have non maternity maxi dresses.

I only got maternity bottoms. Rowk trousers, capris and skirts. I loathe maternity tops...they make me look huge! Luckily today's fashion has lots of beautiful loose tops so I just stocked up on those.

i think it is much easier to get away with not wearing maternity clothes in the winter when things are bigger and baggier and warmer Chat Icon

Re: Maternity Clothes

I am 9 months and the size of a small house, but only have very few maternity clothes since everything is so lose and flowy to begin with.

Re: Maternity Clothes

For my first and second I had very few maternity clothes. If I had 1 pair of pants that was it, everything else was non- maternity.

Now I have a few pants and alot of the side ruched tops since they seem to give you the look of being pregnant as opposed to putting on weight. but i'd say over half of my maternity wardrobe is still non- maternity clothes.
