Now tell me about great party favors!
Give me a useful party favor for 6 year olds - I am sick of all the little toys they get in goody bags. I want to give somethign that will not get thrown out!

what i did for my oldest DD recently was a bag filled with hair accessories. i bought headbands, and made flowers and bows that the girls could clip on. if they didn't dig the headbands, they also had the option of wearing the clips without them. they were a big hit, i saw the girls wearing them to school for a while, it was cute... My son's 5th birthday party was this past weekend. We gave out:
Cars Uno ($2.50 each at Amazing Savings - normally $7 everywhere else)
100 piece world puzzle ($1 bin/each at Target)
Silly Straws ($1 for 20 at Target)
Food Shaped erasers ($2 for 12 at Target)
6 pack of Oreo cookies (Costco)
They were huge hits.

I usually do cookies.
I've also read about doing Ralph's GCs. I love that idea.
