There is the Y on Hauppague Rd in Commack. But their membership is crazy expensive. But there are tons of perks.
Other then that I only know the Y in Huntington village.

If your dad is a DP resident I belive he can access the pool at the high school.

Thank you for the idea. He has done that in the past but he didn't love it and would also like to start working out a bit. It think he is going to end up at NYSC.
