starting aqua zumba next week!!
Anyone ever do it?? I'm pregnant so i figured this would be the best option!!

I have heard lots of people love it! I never took it. It's Zumba, but in the water. This reduces impact and adds resistance from water so it's a great workout!
Where are you doing it? I may know the instructor!

Yes it was alot of fun!! I was surprised that I was the youngest in the class! Much older ladies there! I will continue taking the class! It doesn't start up again until Sept 17th.
